Business Services

Mission Statement:

The Business Services Office is dedicated to supporting Copper Mountain College’s mission by ensuring responsible financial management, transparency, and adherence to ethical policies and procedures. We provide efficient and accountable fiscal services that promote integrity, stewardship of public resources, and the success of our students, faculty, and community.

The Business Services Office is responsible for the development and monitoring of the district’s budget, and the management of all district funds such as General Fund, Categorical and Grant funds, Capital Outlay, and other fiduciary funds. Additional services include Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cashiering, and Financial Aid disbursements.

The Business Services Office is located in the 300 Quad of the Main Campus, in the east entrance of McDonald Hall (shared with Student Services).

Business Services Hours of Operation

Monday – Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
