Work in the justice system as a corrections officer, parole officer, or court official. Work between your community and the justice system on restorative justice or community development.

2-Year Degrees in Public Safety

Your associate degree will get you started in this field. However, you may need a four-year degree (a bachelor’s) or more for some professions. All these degrees transfer—those with a “T” at the end have guaranteed admission and transferability to a CSU.
