On Friday, April 10, 2026, EOPS hosted their semiannual awards dinner, celebrating the incredible achievements of our Fall 2026 students who earned a GPA of 3.0 and above. Sponsored by Banc of California, the night was filled with pride, inspiration, and community.
We proudly recognized Stefani Perez as Student of the Term, and were wowed by the unforgettable performance from the EOPS Divas—Vicky Velazquez, Sergio Antongiorgi, Stefani Perez, and Maya Lyles – who lit up the room with their energy and talent.
Guest speaker Abby Timmons-Wells inspired us all with a powerful story of perseverance, reminding students of what’s possible with determination and support. It was also wonderful to celebrate alongside dedicated staff, including Counselor Geraldo Ortiz.
Moments like these highlight the heart of our campus—hard work, resilience, and a community that lifts each other up. Congratulations to all our honorees—you make us proud!
