Copper Mountain College’s (CMC) Academic Senate voted to honor long-time Professor John White during the 2016 graduation rehearsal breakfast that he originated in May of 2000, which was the first official commencement celebration after becoming its own District.
Copper Mountain College will be closed in observance of Memorial Day on May 30, 2016.
Copper Mountain College (CMC) will recognize its Vocational Nursing Program Class of 2016 and Registered Nursing Program Class of 2016 graduates during a Pinning Ceremony on May 25, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. in the Bell Center Gymnasium at the Bell Center on the CMC campus. The Pinning Ceremony is a time-honored celebration recognizing the completion of the rigorous course of study and welcoming these newly graduated students into the nursing profession. The students have asked Mr. Jeff Cummings, Superintendent/President, LCDR Esther M. Colbert, Dawn Page, RN MSN, and Heidi Steines, RN MSN, to speak during the ceremony. The student speakers will be Amber McGrath, SVN, Nichole Cauley, SRN and Cortni Fike, SRN.
