TUTORING SERVICES

Tutoring in the Student Success Center is staffed by faculty and trained student tutors.  One-on-one, group and computerized tutoring is available for a wide variety of subjects, such as English, Math, Spanish and Accounting with instructor approval.  Other subject areas vary by semester.  Individual tutoring is available by appointment.  Call 760-366-3791 ext. 4246 or 5816 for more information.

 

All Copper Mountain College students are entitled to two hours of tutoring each week per subject.  Students enrolled in special programs, such as DSPS, EOPS and TEP, may qualify for additional tutoring with counselor approval.

ACADEMIC SKILLS CENTER

 The Academic Skills Center is an open entry/open exit environment where college students with learning needs in academic subjects receive tutoring through one-on-one contact and small group instruction.  Students may register while the semester is in progress.
