Do you love chocolate? National Chocolate Lovers Month is for you!

    National Chocolate Lovers Month will be celebrated at Copper Mountain College’s Third Thursday Cultural Series event.  The public is invited to observe the expertise of Chef Pam Eldrige first hand, and see unique approaches in the tempering of chocolate, and in the forming and decorating of tasty chocolate treats.  Limited samples will be available. Yum!

    Stop in and enjoy this brown bag Cultural Series event free on February 20, 2014 in the Bell Center Community Room from 12 – 1 p.m. Sugar Chef Eldridge will demonstrate the art of making chocolate truffles.  Ms. Eldridge is an award winning, professional dessert and pastry maker, with twenty years of culinary training and experience.
