COLLABORATE WITH RESEARCHERS FROM THE NATIONAL SYSTEMATIC ENTOMOLOGY LABORATORY TO SURVEY INSECT SPECIES DIVERSITY IN JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK.
GET ACADEMIC CREDIT IN BIOLOGY by registering for an Independent Study course.
Information and Requirements: Students must be able to drive into the National Park on a weekly basis to collect specimens from traps, and sort specimens using a microscope. Training and equipment provided. Project will initially run for six months beginning in May 2012.
