COPPER MOUNTAIN COLLEGE HOSTS A DREAMY NIGHT WITH SHAKESPEARE

Students from Copper Mountain College and Twentynine Palms High School will share the stage, or rather, the lawns, at Luckie Park and the college with a one hour “reimagining” of William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Hailed as one of Shakespeare’s most fanciful plays, this delightful rendition offers the perfect outdoor entertainment for the whole family. Admission is free, and attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and/or folding chairs, as well as picnic dinners if attending the Luckie Park performance. The college will host performances on Sunday May 15 and Tuesday May 17, both at 6:00 PM on the lawn in courtyard 3, at the bottom of the campus.  Bruce’s Coyote Kitchen at the College will provide barbequed brisket, side dishes, and beverages at affordable prices.  The Luckie Park performance will occur on Friday May 20 at 6:00 PM.
