Admissions & Records Technician

$14.62 per hour, Range 8/Step A, 12 months per year
19 hours per week, Mon. – Thurs. 2:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., Friday 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
40 hours per week (peak registration), Mon. – Thurs. 9:30- 6:30, Friday 8:00 – 5:00. 
Occasional weekend or extended hours may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school and one year of successful full-time office clerical experience.

TYPING TEST REQUIRED.  Only applications with a CMC typing test will be considered.  Call Human Resources at (760) 366-5267 for an appointment.  Tests will be held at the following dates and times:

Friday, January 9, 2009, 10:00-11:00 A.M. or Saturday, January 10, 2009, 10:00 – 11:00 A.M.
