Management Opportunity

 

Director of Nursing and Allied Health - Salary Range $92,373 - $110,684 on the management salary schedule.

Qualifications are a Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university OR possession of a valid California Community College Administrative Credential and a valid California Community College Credential authorizing teaching in the discipline AND one (1) year of experience in an administrative position (as interpreted by the licensing agency as one year as Assistant Director or Director of Nursing Education) AND two (2) years of experience teaching in pre or post licensure nursing program AND one (1) year experience as a registered nurse providing patient care (within the last five years); or the equivalent experience and/or education, as determined by the Board of Registered Nursing and the Board of Vocational Nursing AND meet or exceed all of the requirements for the position of Director of the ADN program as specified by the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) AND demonstrated evidence of sensitivity to and understanding the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, ethnic background and ability of community college students.

An Administrative application, a letter that includes specific information that addresses the desirable qualifications, a current and complete resume, and college transcripts (student copies are acceptable for application purposes but official transcripts are required if hired) are required.

Part-Time Faculty Positions

 

Automotive Technology - any Bachelor's degree and 2 years  experience or any Associate's degree and 6 years experience.

Biology - Master's in any biological science OR Bachelor's in any biological science AND Master's in biochemistry, biophysics, or marine science.

EMT - any Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience or any Associate's degree and 6 years experience.

Math - Master's in mathematics or applied mathematics OR Bachelor's in either of the above AND Master's in statistics, physics, or mathematics education.

Nursing - Associates degree or higher, RN licensure and practice experience.
