Did you test into foundational classes (Reading, Arithmetic, Writing)
on the Assessment Test? Yes No

Did you qualify for a Board of Governors Waiver A or B? Yes No

If you answered "Yes" to all of these questions, you are eligible to apply for the Extended Opportunity Program and Services. The number of participants is limited, so apply early.
