Classified Senate Annual Bowl-A-Thon 2013

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Bowl-A-Thon! Because of your GENEROUS donations, support and efforts, the Classified Senate raised $3,059 for student scholarships!! We surpassed last year’s amount of $2,275!!!

With the money raised Classified Senate will give out 3 Full-time scholarships for $400 each and 9 Part-time scholarships for $200 each to our students.

Classified Senate Meetings are held every 3rd Tuesday of the month in the Library Meeting Room from 12 - 1.

MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Copper Mountain College Classified Senate is to recognize the roles and accomplishments of the Classified staff in education and serving students. In collaboration with administration, faculty, and students, our goal is to support and enrich our educational environment.

The Classified Senate participates annually in fundraising activities, such as the Bowl-A-Thon, which are devoted to providing scholarships to CMC students. In addition, the Senate also raises money through various creative ideas of its members. This money is used to put on occasional get-togethers and support of our Classified Staff and the campus community.
