Bell Center Capital Campaign

Although the Bell Center construction has not been affected by the current state budget crisis, the ability to equip the center and construct the sports fields has. Recently, state funds allotted for equipment have been withdrawn and delays due to extensive environmental requirements have resulted in an estimated $5 million dollar shortfall over the next three years.

The Copper Mountain College Foundation has embarked upon an effort to raise these much-needed funds, and looks to the Morongo Basin and its supporters to assist the “college built by the community.”

Now, as we look to the future, the lessons learned 25 years ago ring more true than ever. A community united in ensuring a bright future must look first to education. Your community college is convenient, cost-effective, and provides unparalleled opportunities for personal
advancement and economic growth.

An investment in CMC is an investment in our future, our children and our community. We hope you will join us by using the attached envelope to enclose your donation to the Bell Center.

25 years ago we did what was unthinkable by building a public community college with mostly private funds. Help us to continue that spirit of determination by becoming part of the CMC Family that is Living the Promise of a brighter future.

You’ll be happy you did. Click here to make a donation or to get more information.
