Reporting for California Community Colleges (ARCC)
The passage of Assembly Bill 1417 triggered the creation of a performance measurement system for the California Community Colleges (CCC). Specifically, as a result of this legislation, the California Community Colleges System Office (CCCSO) designed and implemented a performance measurement system that contains performance indicators for the system and its colleges.  Each year, the CCCSO produces this report. Colleges review the report and provide a self evaluation on college-level performance metrics.  Further, local Boards of Trustees are required to review the results of their colleges’ performance on each metric.  The performance indicators are organized into four major categories:

    · Student Progress & Achievement – Degree/Certificate/Transfer
    ·Student Progress & Achievement–Vocational/Occupational/Workforce Development
·Pre-Collegiate Improvement – Basic Skills, ESL, & NonCredit
    ·Participation Rates (system-level data only)
